Woman arrested for stealing gold from Jewellery shop
Ernakulam Central Police have arrested a woman for stealing gold from a jewellery shop on MG Road in Ernakulam. Anju, a 35-year-old resident of Delhi,house number 2551 Main Bazar was arrested on 24.06.2022 . On Wednesday afternoon, the woman, who came to the jewellery shop on the pretext of buying gold, stole two gold bangles weighing 23.330 grams from the jewellery shop and fled in an auto rickshaw. Following a complaint by the manager, the police conducted an investigation focusing on CCTV and arrested the woman. Further steps are being taken.
