The Palluruthy police have
arrested four youths with a deadly drug belonging to the MDMA strain.As per the
instructions of Shri. V.U. Kuriakose IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police,Kochi City,
special inspections being conducted to find out the drug cases in Kochi city
lead by Assistant Commissioner, Mattancherry, Sri VG Ravindranath along
with Palluruthy police were arrested Nitin Krishna V K, 26, son of
Kunjumon of Valiyaparambil Veettil, Kumbalangi South, Akbar PS,aged 35,son of
Salim, Puthiyakovilakom, CJ Road ,Poochackal,Cherthala,Alappuzha, Mohammed
Rafi, 33-year-old,son of Basheer of Pozhiveli,Eramalloor,Cherthala,Alappuzha,
and Rinshad, 32, son of Noushad, a native of Arookutty Starvilla in Cherthala,
Alappuzha. The police had seized 135 grams of MDMA and 570 grams of ganja from
them. Palluruthy Sub-inspector, P P Justin, Sebastian P Chacko, George K
S, Assistant sub-inspector, Samad, Narayanankutty, senior CPOs Prasad and Arun,
CPOs Madhusudhanan, Edwin Rose, Aneesh KA, Prashanth, Prashob, Bibin, Prajeesh,
Ranjith, Vinod were part of the inspection team.
