Youths Arrested With Synthetic Drug MDMA in Kochi.
The police nabbed five youths from Kaloor area with synthetic drug. Ashwin (22), Pathanamthitta, Manu (21), Konni, Vishnu (23), Pathanamthitta, Bichu (25), Konni and Ajith (23) Pathanamthitta were arrested by the police. A quantity 13.51 grams of MDMA was seized from them. The drug was brought to Kochi from Bangalore and they were caught while they were packing the MDMA in specially prepared envelopes in the required quantities. Most importantly, most of their users are students.
On the basis of the secret information received by Kochi City Police Commissioner Sethuraman IPS, they were arrested jointly by North Police and Yodhav Squad under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Narcotics on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Sasidharan S IPS.
